As you are doing BBA and you have also completed your Diploma in fashion designing, you can do Masters. Although, you need to clarify this before joining any college for Masters in designing because Masters in fashion designing requires graduation in fashion designing. But, some colleges are fine with Diploma and on the basis of graduation degree also they are enrolling for Masters in fashion designing.

You should opt for Bachelors in fashion designing in NIFT.

For B.Des, NIFT is considered to be the best option. Other than that, you can go for NID, Pearl Academy, MAEER MIT, Symbiosis Institute or AAFT.

For internships or jobs, you need to have a degree in fashion designing, be that of any course. If not Master's degree, then at least Bachelor or diploma degree is a must.

Age should be 18+ as per eligibility criteria of maximum colleges offering fashion designing.
One can give entrance exams besides completing 12th, for bachelor programmes.
For diploma programmes, some can be studied after 10th also.
