The Film and Television of Institute of India Joint Entrance Test (FTII JET) is conducted in offline i.e. pen and paper mode. The question and answer booklet will be distributed to the candidate at least 10 minutes before the commencement of exam. The question paper will be MCQ-based and candidates will have to mark the correct option in the answer booklet.

Candidates who qualify in the Film and Television Institute of India Joint Entrance Test will be called for the orientation and interview process or audition round (for screen acting). Candidates will be shortlisted for the second round based on the scores secured in the entrance test. After that the final result will be released. Once the results are declared, candidates will be then alloted the course as per their interest and ranks.

To apply for the Film and Television of Institute of India Joint Entrance Test (FTII JET) candidates will have to first visit the official website of FTII or SRFTI (Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute) to apply for the Joint Entrance Test. Students will have to register first, apply online and then pay the application fee in order to complete the application process. While filling the application form, they will have to fill all their details carefully these details will be mentioned in the admit card and any mismatch in the information can lead to debar of the aspirants.

The Film and Television Institute of India Joint Enrance Test (FTII JET) application process will is expected to start in the first week of November, 2023 and will last for about two months. Candidates will have to register online to appear for FTII JET 2023-24. The FTII JET exam will be conducted offline.

It is conducted by the Film and Television of India, Pune which comes unfer the academic institut under Ministry of Information and Boradcasting, Government of India. Candidates who qualify in the exam will be eligible for PG Diploma Courses granted Master’s degree equivalence by AIU. PG Certificate Courses approved by AICTE.
