Candidates desirous of taking admission to BBA or MBA programme of GITAM Deemed to be University must fill GAT application form. Candidates must make sure to follow programme eligibility criteria below:

GAT BBA Eligibility:

Candidates must have completed class 10+2 examination in any discipline with a minimum of 50% in total or 5.0 CGPA.

GAT MBA Eligibility:

Candidates must have completed Bachelors degree examination in any discipline with a minimum of 60% in total or 6.0 CGPA.

The GAT application fee for the BBA and MBA programme is as follows:

• GAT application fee for BBA: INR 600
• GAT application fee for MBA: INR 1200

Candidates filling the GAT application form, must pay application fee, without which registration will not be successfull. GAT application fee can be paid through:

• UPI
• Wallets
• Net Banking
• Debit/Credit Cards

To fill GAT 2026 application form, candidates must follow steps below. Steps are common for BBA and MBA programs. Candidates must choose preferred programme.

GAT is not compulsory since GITAM School of Technology, Visakhapatnan also accepts scores in other national or state entrance examinations that are administered by JEE or EAMCET. GAT however provides another alternative way to admission and scholarships. This is why it is recommended that students should choose GAT in order to have more opportunities and advantages.

Most probably, the documents required to get admission by GAT score will be as follows: GAT Scorecard: Shows your score on GAT examination. Educational Certificates: Mark sheet along with the certificates of 10th, 12th and further studies.Identity Proof: Any of the government-issued IDs. Aadhar card or passport.Photographs: Application form recent colour passport size photographs.Application Form: Duly filled the admission application form as required by the respective college. Always verify with the specific institution for any extra documents that they may require.

GITAM Aptitude Test (GAT) is conducted by GITAM Deemed to be University for admission to various UG and PG programmes. The examination is held in computer based mode, wherein candidates will have to report at the designated exam centre. GAT exam is conducted for a duration of 60 minutes for BBA and 90 minutes for MBA. Candidates must attempt 100 for BBA and 200 questions for MBA within the given time duration. No provision for extra time is applicable for students appearing for GAT.

No, GITAM has not announced the GAT 2026 exam dates. It is expected that GAT 2026 exam dates will be announced anytime soon. Candidates can know the registration start and last date, exam dates for each phase and result schedule. GITAM GAT 2026 registrations for phase 1 are expected to commence anytime soon at gitam.edu. Candidates will be able to check the GAT 2026 dates online.

GAT BBA admission process will be conducted in following stages:

1. Filling of application form
2. Appear for the exam
3. Declaration of results; shortlisting of candidates
4. Shortlisted candidates to appear for GD/PI
5. Final admission

Each student can appear for the GAT exam once for one course in one phase. Authorities does not provide re-appearing students with credentials by considering it an unfair practice of duplicate application. Candidates can apply for courses while filling the single application form.
