GITAM GAT 2026 result date is yet to be announced. Candidates who appear in the exam can download the result of GITAM GAT 2026 from the official website of the exam. The merit of a candidate is determined by the score secured in the exam. However, this is subject to the rule of reservation as per UGC guidelines/norms applicable to the university. Students who qualify for GITAM GAT 2026 are eligible for admission only if they fulfil the requirement of minimum marks in the qualifying examination as per the eligibility criteria.

The Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM) will hold the GITAM Admission Test (GAT) on April 16, 2025. The exam will be held at a national level and in various states across the nation in computer-based test mode and for a few courses, in an online proctored test.
GAT is compulsory for admission to various UG and PG courses offered at GITAM campuses located at: Vishakapatnam, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and GIMSR campuses.

GITAM Admission Test or GAT is an entrance test for admission to various UG and PG courses offered by the Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM). The exam is held as a computer-based test across various states of India and also as an online proctored test for some courses. GAT is the common test for admission to all GITAM campuses at Vishakapatnam, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and GIMSR.

GITAM GAT 2026 application forms will be available soon. Before applying, candidates have to ensure that they meet the prescribed eligibility criteria. The application fee for GITAM GAT is INR 1200 for one group, and INR 2400 in case the candidates are applying from 2 different groups.

In case of any incorrect information or missing details in the GITAM admit card, candidates must report at the GITAM admission helpdesk immediately. Candidates can call at admission care or register their complaint by sending an email. GAT 2026 admit card will mention the details like- name of the candidate, registration number, category, date of birth, gender, PWD, programme details, date of exam, time, city, centre address, declaration and important guidelines for exam centre. GAT 2026 admit card will be released online at gitam.edu. GAT admit card will be released soon after the registration process is completed. Only candidates who will fill the complete application form along with the payment of the application fee will be able to download the GAT admit card. The GAT admit card is an important document that has to be carried on the day of the examination, without which candidates will not be permitted to enter the exam centre.
