For BITS HD 2026 exam admissions, valid GATE scores of 2026, 2025, and 2024 will be accepted for the counselling/iterations. Candidates applying through GATE score, must check and provide their best scores in the BITS HD registration form. Such candiates are exempted from attempting the exam. 

Yes, GATE scores are accepted for admission to BITS Pilani campuses. However, admission to the M.E in software systems will only be through the BITS HD exam. Candidates applying through GATE exam will have to provide their valid GATE scores for admission. 

To avail of the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) reservation benefit, candidates from the general category who fulfil the required criteria can apply. The EWS certificate is issued for one year and its validity expires on March 31 every year.
