In case if age restriction under clause 28 of Legal Education Rules, 2008 of Bar Council of India is reinstated, only those candidates within the stipulated age limit will be allowed to appear for the Entrance Examination. Candidate who have obtained graduation/post-graduation through the open universities system directly without having any basic qualification for prosecuting such studies are not eligible. |
