Yes, Smith College requires Graduate Record Examinations scores as a part of their eligibility requirement for the admission of the students in some of the graduate programs

However, the college does not share the minimum score of GRE test required for the graduate program. Some of the courses that require GRE scores are International Economics, Master of Engineering Management, Health Professions, mathematics post-baccalaureate program, physics, and many others.

No, taking admission at the University of Maryland for the Master of Science course doesnot require the Graduate Record Examinations (GRE) scores to the students; however, students are required to attain 4-year bachelor's degree with a minimum of 65% in the final year or a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.

International students are required to submit the English language test scores along with other supporting documents as well.

No, the University of Maryland does not redquire the GRE scores as a part of compulsory entry requirement for the graduate programs. 

students are required to hold a 4-year bachelor's degree with a minimum of 65% in the final year or a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher to be considered for the admission at the University of Maryland graduate program.

Moreover, intenational students are also required to provide the proof of their English language test scores as a part of necessary requirement.

The GRE scores at Hofstra University are not mandatory to submit. The university provides test options for the same. However, students prefer to submit their GRE scores along with the other requirements to improve their selection probability. The other requirements for international students include transcripts from previously attended universities, English language requirements, GPA scores, letters of recommendation, essays, resumes, and more.

GRE score submission is optional for admission to Brown University MSc in CS, but it is encouraged. To take admission to this course, the applicants are required to have an UG degree in Computer Science. An English language proficiency score is required and to prove the same, the applicants can submit a TOEFL iBT score of 105 and IELTS score of 8.0. Besides these, submit the academic transcripts, three letters of recommendation, resume / CV.

The University of Texas at Arlington requires GRE for admission to MSc in CS course. At least 305 score in GRE (Verbal + Quantitative) is required. The detailed requirements are given below:

  • An UG degree, preferably in the area related to CS, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering
  • An overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • A 3.2 GPA on the last two years of undergraduate coursework
  • International applicants with a 3 year's Bachelor's degree + 2 year's master's degree shall be considered as equivalent to a 4 year's Bachelor's degree
  • Reputation of the college / university where a student has received education
  • English language proficiency score
