Applicants who are applying for Saint Peters University must completed graduate programme application (online or paper) with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 With a minimum letter of recommendation (two preferred). However GRE is not compulsory for international students, but it is highly asked to submit while submiting your applications as it might add value to your portfolio.

For MS in CS applicants at UC Riverside, GRE score is required by UCR for admission consideration. Other materials required to apply for MS in CS are:
- Online application with application fee
- Academic transcripts
- TOEFL / IELTS score
- 3 Letters of Recommendation

While the Graduate Council of the University of California, Riverside campus has temporarily waived off the GRE requirements for 2024-25 application cycles, some of the programs may still need the GRE score. It is advised to check the individual graduate requirements to know about the GRE requirements. Some of the programs for which GRE General exams are accepted include MBA, MFin, MPAc, MS in Business Analytics, or PhD programs.

For UC San Diego MS in CS admission, international students are not required to submit their GRE score. Applicants may still submit valid scores if they have already taken the test.

Submission of GRE is optional for IU MS in Data Science course. However, apart from that the applicants must have the following in order to apply:
- A 4-year’s bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
- A 3.0 GPA from all the attended institutions
- Mathematical knowledge like Calculus, Linear Algebra, and / or probability
- Object oriented programming language such as C+ / C, Python, and / or R
- Critical and communication skills (As required)
- A 2-page CV/ Resume

The GMAT or GRE is not necessary but may be asked by the university to help with an admissions decision. English proficiency test scores are also necessary, but the minimal score varies depending on the course.
