The Graduate Record Examination conducting body ETS has not set any official minimum qualification for the GRE Exam. However, students must have a graduate degree from a valid university to apply for various PG programmes. The GRE is mainly famous among students for a Master’s degree in business, MBA, law, or more. A certain score in the UG examination is not required for   GRE eligibility.

No, the GRE exam is not conducted exclusively for American universities. Many universities in the world ask students to submit their Graduate Record Examinations score. Some top universities release the GRE cut off score indicating the minimum scores required to apply for admission.

This is true that GRE is one popular standarzied test but some institutions may not require GRE scores for admission, especially for certain programs or applicants with specific qualifications. However, it can help you in other ways such as getting scholarships and higher chances of getting admission in top universities in the world.

If you are an Indian student and proficient in English language then appear for GRE exam first and then IELTS or TOEFL exam. Now, if you find it difficult to communicate in English then try to prepare for TOEFL or IELTS exam first. This preparation will help you in verbal section of Graduate Record Examinations.

At the time of GRE registration, students create their profile and select the test type. At last students pay GRE registration fees to complete the process. On the other hand, students select test centre, preferred date and time in the slot booking process. Slot booking process comes after completing the registration process of Graduate Record Examinations.
