I think the score is a little low. Plus, physiotherapy is also not included in NEET. As per my knowledge, you need to give a separate entrance or apply for it separately in the college of your choice.

Natubhai V. Patel College of Pure and Applied Science- NVPAS is the only college in Gujarat which offers B.Sc. In Genetics.

NID is the best. So do not think much. Yes you can do Masters in Designing after B.Tech. Eligibility :
Bachelor degree of minimum 4-year duration in any specialisation, after 10+2 system, from any university or institute recognised by law in India. Condition: Applicant must (have passed/have appeared for/be appearing for) the Bachelor degree.

Your graduation percentage is very low to get admission here. Good luck.
