The window will be opened by June mid-July as admission will open by August. The date for JEE counselling is will be announced soon, so the windows will be opened according to that.
The total intake for B.Tech at GGIPU is 11745. The fee for the course is INR 1.4 L - 7.32 L for the entire course.

No, you cannot get admission direct admission to any course at GGSIPU. For admission, you will have to appear for the exam held for respective courses. The candidates are advised to visit the official website of the GGSIPU for more details related to the admissions and cutoff. You can contact the administration department of the college for same.
