Beginners can start with foundation courses that introduce basic concepts in art and aesthetics. First you should choose the subject which is beneficial for you and you have more interest in it. If I talk about scope of these subjects, both subjects contains the largest approachs and application. But I suggest you should take Political Science (Hons). I think it's more helpful to give better knowledge. It will help in career building and in competitive exams scores.
