Hello Sujata,
Here you are confused about two different stream and field.
For B.Sc in nursing you need to complete 12th with PCB. This course is purely related with nursing and need deep knowledge of biology.
Another course you mentioned here is purely a management course so for this you does not need any knowledge of science.

You can try part time programs like MBA in hotel management. There are numerous institutes offering part time program and weekend programs. MBA in hotel management is one of the best for you.

After Diploma, you can go for MBA in hospitality management which is doing well. But to do a Masters course, you need to have a graduation degree. All the best.

This type of admission is known as provisional admission. It means you are pursuing but you must have to submit your clear result within deadline given by college or before filling examination form.
