Hello,
It all depends on choice of individual, interests and aptitude. Every specialization is good and unique with ample scope. Suppose, an individual has very good inter personal skills and keen in hotel industry, then hotel management is ideal. General management is wider in terms and not restricted to hotel and hospitality industry. Hospitality management includes sectors like healthcare.

Hi, a specific program will not give you a PR. You have to complete the course, get a job and prove your competency. A two year program is recommended for better prospects.

Let me explain the difference these fields.
Aviation is a field which is related to management/business of flying and operating engines of a flight. On the other hand, hospitality is a field which is related to operations and management of managing- catering food, living accommodation of guests. Whereas, travel management is a field which is related to the tourism sector like planning tours, holiday picnics, ticket bookings, suggesting places and spots, etc.
All the best.
Thank you.
