Aviation is very niche industry which is highly technical. Industry prefer Subject Matter experts over generic Management grads with specialization in Aviation. Therefore, I am of the opinion that Aviation Management has comparatively limited career opportunities in comparison to Hospitality Management graduates.

Generic Business Management is a better option over a sector specific management degree. You have more opportunities to work in different kind of industries in different kind of management functions. You must not restrict your career growth by opting for a sector specific degree. You can specialize subsequently with experience of additional qualifications.
