First, you should join a job in your interested field. You should get minimum 2 years of experience.

MBA is a postgraduate degree of 2 years in majority of universities and you will take 2 years to complete it as you will not get any exception/ relief in studying of courses because of your P diploma in Travel & Tourism.

After 12th arts, you can go for hospitality course. Yes, you can get a good job but you should do it from a well reputed institute & your communication skills should be good.
