Yes you can pursue BBA from New Zealand or Australia. New Zealand Universities do offer comprehensive BBA and MBA courses. Monash in Australia, Schulich in Canada, LSE, UK are some of the very famous universities/ colleges for BBA & MBA. However, For the benefits of students passing out of school in 2020 and wishing to do BBA from Canada or Australia, it is advisable to study in an Indian college this year that offers an international degree for its BBA programme. 1. Your interests.
2. Favourite subject.
3. Goal.
4. Aptitude results.
5. Parents advise.
6. Teachers advise.

It depends on the university on what basis they check and will also depend on what you want to study, your overall grades, etc. Applications are evaluated on a case by case basis.

Hi, There is no eligibility here. However typically IELTS test takers are of 16 years minimum. Also, yes you can IELTS after your Diploma as well. The scores are valid for two years, once expired you have to give again. Choose to take the test depending when you are going to apply abroad.

You have not written about the course level and the College name. However the eligibility criteria of M.Sc. Applied Psychology of Pondicherry is given below. Eligibility criteria B.A. / B.Sc. (Hons) three years course in Psychology with at least 55% marks or Bachelors degree with at least 55% marks in aggregate in any discipline with Psychology as one of the subjects for all three years. So from above you are not eligible for M.Sc. Psychology course.
