Sorry to say, but you can't do MA after B.Sc. You should have completed Bachelors in English with at least 60%.

The eligibility to apply is an undergraduate degree examination with 50% aggregate marks from any recognised university in India.

Most of the reputed universities conduct an entrance exam for M.Phil and Ph.D. So, it depends on the university.

XLRI Jamshedpur is the best institute in India for HR. Other than that, most of the premier institutes which comes under top 20 and offers HR programme are decent enough to join. Try for XLRI, if you can.
