Since you are not eligible for most colleges, you can go for Diploma in management or you can give re-exams if possible to score at least 50 percent.

Hello,
NO, you are not eligible for MA English. B.A. (Hons.)/ B.A. under at least 10+2+3 pattern securing a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate including all subjects studied at B.A. level. The subject in which admission is sought must be a Hons. subject at B.A. (Hons.) level/subject studied in all the three parts at B.A. level.

Yes, you can apply for MA in Maulana Azad University. I know many students who have passed BA and have taken admission in Maulana.
