ICSI Exam

Candidates will be released from papers in CS Executive examination based on their educational qualification. Candidates must provide following documents for exemption:

• Graduation/Post-Graduation Marksheet
• Application for Exemption
• Submission of degree certificate, marksheet, or any equivalent qualification document

Yes, candidates can appear for both modules of ICSI CS Executive exam together. ICSI has commenced the registrations for CS Executive Dec 2026 for both groups. Candidates can apply for CS Executive Dec 2026 till May 31, 2026. But, candidates are advised to appear for both groups when they have prepared well for all 8 papers.

• ICSI CS Executive June 2026 exam will be held for a duration of three hours i.e., 9 AM to 12.15 PM. Candidates will get 15 minutes from 9 AM to 9.15 AM for reading the question paper. 
• ICSI CS Executive December 2026 will be held from 2 PM to 5.15 PM. Candidates will get 15 minutes time to read the question paper from 2 PM to 2.15 PM.

Students who have completed their 10+2 education in any stream can apply for the ICSI CS course. Candidates require no minimum percentage to appear/apply for the CS examination. Class 12th passed candidates must appear for the CSEET examination and score a minimum of 50% marks overall and 40% in each subject to qualify for the CS Executive examination.

Yes, ICSI has released the CS Executive and CS Professional datesheet for June 2026 examination. Candidates appearing for the CS Executive or CS Professional examination can check their group-wise schedule.

ICSI conducts Company Secretary examination for the below mentioned levels -

Level 1: Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET)

ICSI CSEET examination is conducted in four times in a year: January, May, July and November.

Level 2: CS Executive Examination

ICSI CS Executive examination is conducted twice in a year: June and December.

Level 3: CS Professional Examination

ICSI CS Profesional examination is conducted twice in a year: June and December.

The ICSI CS Executive question paper will consist of both Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) and Descriptive type questions. ICSI notified that CS Executive question paper will consist of 20% case-based objective type questions and 80% descriptive questions at all papers at Executive Programme except Paper No. 4 i.e. Corporate Accounting and Financial Management which is 100% descriptive.

• A candidate is required to complete the Executive and the Professional examination within the registration period.
• In case, candidate wants to extend the period he/she will be required to pay the requisite fee for the same.
• Student registration is valid for 5 years. A registered student shall be required to complete the Executive Programme and Professional Programme examinations within the normal valid registration period of five years.

ICSI CS admit card June 2026 will be released on ICSI official website. Candidates who will enroll for the June 2026 examination, will be able to download the CS Executive admit card or CS Professional admit card from the following offiical websites:
