ICSI Exam

ICSI conducts Company Secretary examination for the following levels:

Level 1: Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET)

ICSI CSEET examination is conducted in four times in a year: January, May, July and November.

Level 2: CS Executive Examination

ICSI CS Executive examination is conducted twice in a year: June and December.

Level 3: CS Professional Examination

ICSI CS Profesional examination is conducted twice in a year: June and December.

The ICSI CS Executive question paper will consist of both Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) and Descriptive type questions. ICSI notified that CS Executive question paper will consist of 20% case-based objective type questions and 80% descriptive questions at all papers at Executive Programme except Paper No. 4 i.e. Corporate Accounting and Financial Management which is 100% descriptive.

• A candidate is required to complete the Executive and the Professional examination within the registration period.
• In case, anyone wants to renew/extent the period he/she will be required to pay the requisite fee for the same.
• Student registration is valid for 5 years. A registered student shall be required to complete the Executive Programme and Professional Programme examinations within the normal valid registration period of five years.

ICSI CS admit card June 2025 will be released on ICSI official website. Candidates who will enroll for the June 2025 examination, will be able to download the CS Executive admit card or CS Professional admit card from the following offiical websites:

• icsi.indiaeducation.net 

To access the ICSI CS Executive or CS Professional enrollment form, admit card or results, candidates must enter the ICSI login details. Aspirants must enter the ICSI registration number and examination roll number to access the services provided by ICSI. The login details are created at the time of registration. Candoidates must esnure to save the ICSI login details until the course completion. 

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India released the CS Executive and CS Professional June 2025 examination toppers soon after the declaration of results. ICSI declared the CS Executive June 2025 result and CS Professional June 2025 result on August 25, 2025 at 2 PM and 11 AM respectively. On declaration of results, candidates can check the list of top 3 candidates and ICSI CS June 2025 merit list for CS Executive and CS Professional examinations.

ICSI prescribes the CS Executive syllabus.Earlier, ICSI introduced CS Executive new syllabus 2022. Refer to the table below to know the latest CS Executive syllabus:

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India will announce the CS Executive result June 2025 on August 25, 2025. Candidates who appeared for the June 2025 examination will be able to download the scorecard online. ICSI will activate the CS Executive June 2025 result download link at 2 PM on August 25, 2025. Candidates must enter the CS Executive roll number and ICSI registration number to view the scorecard. Candidates will not be issued the physical copy of the CS Executive scorecard. Aspirants can download the CS executive result June 2025 online only. 

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India will announce the CS Executive result December 2025 on February 25, 2026. Candidates appearing for the upcoming December 2025 examination will be able to download the scorecard online. ICSI will activate the CS Executive December 2025 result download link at 2 PM on February 25, 2026. Candidates must enter the CS Executive roll number and ICSI registration number to view the scorecard. Candidates will not be issued the physical copy of the CS Executive scorecard. Aspirants can download the CS Executive result December 2026 online only. 

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India will declare the CS Executive December 2025 result on the following official links:

ICSI will declare the CS Executive result December 2025 on February 25, 2026 at 2 PM. Candidates who will appear for the Dec 2025 session examination can download the scorecard online by entering the CS Executive login details: Roll number and registration number.
