There is no substantial modification in the syllabus for the CSEET of May 2024. The syllabus has four subjects: Business Communication; Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning; Economic and Business Environment; and Current Affairs and Quantitative Aptitude. Business, legal environment, accounting and financial services, taxation, and current affairs are covered within the topics. Economic and business statistics and channels of business communication are emphasized, apart from the other legal aspects, such as the Indian Contract Act and company law. ICSI admit card June 2026 will be released tentatively on May 22, 2026. Candidates who will enrol for the June 2026 session of CS Executive or CS Professional can download the CS hall ticket June 2026 online when released. To download the CS Executive admit card and CS Professional admit card, candidates must enter the login details. Candidates must take the print of the hall ticket.

ICSI CS June 2026 admit card will be released tentatively on May 22, 2026. Candidates who will enroll for the June 2026 session can download the CS Executive or CS Professional admit card when released. ICSI CS 2025 admit card is an important document which has to be carried on the day of examination at exam centre. The ICSI CS June 2026 admit card will mention the exam centre details.

Registration is now open for the ICSI CS December 2024 examinations. Until October 10, 2024, candidates may register without incurring a late charge. Following this deadline, candidates will have to pay an extra late fee during the October 11–October 15, 2024, late registration period. The actual exam is planned to occur between December 21 and December 30, 2024.

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, constituted under the Company Secretaries Act of 1980, is a government-recognized body that produces Company Secretaries in India. ICSI CS Professional admit card June 2026 will be released tentatively on May 22. After downloading CS Professional admit card, candidates must verify the details mentioned on the hall ticket. Candidates are advised to check the following details: 

  • Candidate name 
  • Photograph 
  • Signature 
  • Registration Number 
  • Stage and Module (s) of examination enrolled for 
  • Examination centre

The registration fee for the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) in 2024 is INR 2,000 per student per appearance, which includes the cost of both parts of the CSEET Guide. Some categories of candidates may be eligible for discounts. Students can register online at icsi.edu. 

The CSEET exam is held four times a year, in January, May, July, and November. The November 2024 exam is scheduled for November 9, 2024, and the last date for registration is October 15, 2024.

Yes, ICSI releases the CS Executive exam centre list for each session. ICSI CS Executive June 2026 exam will be held across 177 exam centres in India. Candidates who will enroll for the CS Executive June 2026 session will be alloted the exam centre. Candidates can know the allotted ICSI CS Executive exam centre on release of the admit card. ICSI will release CS Executive June 2026 admit card tentatively on May 22, 2026.

ICSI CS Executive passing marks refers to minimum score required by cadidates in each subject to qualify the CS Executive exam. As per ICSI, candidates must score minimum 40 percent in each subject and 50% overall to qyalify the examination. Candidates failing to meet the CS Executive qualifying criteria will not be considered pass. They shall appear for the CS Executive examination in upcoming session.
