To book an IELTS slot, you must keep some documents ready:

• Valid passport – this is the main ID for your IELTS registration and on exam day.
• Credit or debit card – you need this for online booking. Cash payment is not allowed.
• IELTS Application Form and payment proof – only if you are doing offline registration.

The IELTS exam score validity is 2 years from the date your results are released. The date mentioned on your IELTS Test Report Form (TRF) is considered the starting point of the validity period.
