International students coming from diverse backgrounds must prove their English language proficiency by submitting the scores of IELTS, PTE, and Duolingo at Hertfordshire University. The university demands an IELTS score of 6 from the students. Along with the IELTS scores, students can refer to the table below for all the required English proficiency score:

International students whose native language is not English must meet the University of Essex English language requirements to get admission. The university accepts IELTS scores as proof of English language proficiency. Mentioned below are the IELTS scores required for UG and PG admission at the university:

English is the medium of instruction at BITS Pilani, Dubai. Therefore, good proficiency in English is essential for admission. Candidates who have completed their qualifying examination from non-English medium must secure certain scores which also serves as entry requirement for the university: 

  • Minimum TOEFL score of 500 in paper-based test  

  • 61 in internet-based test  

  • Minimum IELTS score of 6  

  • Minimum EmSAT Score of 1250 -1600

If necessary, international students will also be assessed by a campus committee for English comprehension.

Yes, Rajiv Gandhi University of Science and Technology accepts IELTS exam as a part of English language requirement. RGUST offers admissions for international students in three intakes namely
January, May, and September. International students whose native language is not English, must submit proof of English proficiency at RGUST. Rajiv Gandhi University of Science and Technology also accepts English language test such as IELTS, TOEFL, and more. International students must meet the minimum English test score requirement at RGUST that are listed below

Okay, so “30/40” is usually for Listening or Reading, not Speaking. But if someone says they got 30 out of 40, that would generally mean around Band 7. For Speaking, the band is scored on fluency, pronunciation, grammar, etc., not a marks system. But yeah—if that 30/40 is accurate (from another section), you're in pretty solid English speaker territory.

Yes, there are few universities which accept application without IELTS score. However, they might consider your Level of English proficiency in your past academic history. It is still advisable to take IELTS test in order to apply to more universities and improve your chances of selection in a better university. Apart from IELTS, Universities in Dubai accepts other English proficiency tests such as PTE, Duolingo and TOEFL. You can choose the test as per the universities you wish to apply for as well as on the basis of your preferred test.

Yes, Yonsei University accepts IELTS for B.Tech admissions. Usually, they want around 6.5 or higher for English proficiency. Most uni, universities in Seoul, including SNU and Korea University, also accept IELTS for B. Tech courses, just make sure to check each department's requirement.

For Murdoch University's Diploma leading to a Bachelor of Social Work, the minimum IELTS requirement is an overall score of 7.0 with no band less than 7.0. This applies to the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Academic test. Other English proficiency tests like Cambridge Advanced English (CAE) and Pearson Test of English (PTE) are also accepted, with specific minimum requirements for each.

As an international applicant, showcasing English language proficiency skills during admissions process is required.  

IELTS- Some courses require IELTS 6.0 with nothing less than 5.5, while some courses require IELTS 7.0 with nothing less than 6.5.

TOFEL- Some courses require overall score of 60 with no component score less than 20, while Some courses require overall score of 94 with no component score less than 24. 

Please note: The university accepts regional based qualifications deemed to be equivalent to English GCSE grade C/grade 4 or above. These qualifications are accepted as proof of English for student visa sponsorship
