Your reading score is too low. I would highly recommend you take the exam again, there are some illegal colleges and agencies offering admission, but they are trap. Retake the exam and apply with your best score, get atleast 6 individual and 6.5 overall.

To get into a good college you need both. Especially for management programs. The second question kind of depends on what you prefer. Australia has a better climate than UK, I guess. But it's all upto you.
