You can check options in Poland, Ireland, Austria, etc. For a Bachelor's degree, an IELTS of 6 with no section less than 5 is required but every university and country has different requirements. You have to visit university websites and research yourself for specific admission requirements. Admissions are not based on IELTS alone and if an university finds your profile strong they may accept you. Every program and University has different admission requirements. You may also be required to take a bridge course in English if the university suggests.

It is essential that you improve your English language skills to study abroad. Are you asking a question or claiming to be eligible? I am assuming the former. To know if you are eligible, please check university websites, every program and college have separate entry requirements. so, you have to check the websites. Normally, for PG level studies, more than 6.5 is required.

Crack GRE also. Sometimes, some colleges keep GRE mandatory. Depending upon the course and country, you choose.

Yes, you can. Many German universities demand less than 6 ie. 5.5 IELTS score like ULM University but I will better recommend you: NTU Singapore if you have more than 90 marks in every subject including English and excluding Hindi in 12th boards.

India being a multilingual country has variety of English speaking population and yet may not be at par with International standards. Hence, the idea of proficiency tests like IELTS makes its easier to know the level of students applying abroad. 3. CV
4. Letters of recommendation
5. Work experience is preferred but not compulsory
