Chances could have been better if you had good grades in 12th. With 59% you can check colleges under SPP. Every college has different requirements. Submit your application on time, a good SOP and strong recommendation letters would be required too.

Hi,
Yes, you can as IELTS Is not recommended for candidates under the age of 16. It is eligible for students who are applying to study in UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and US.

Hi Rohit,
First you need to choose course and country and also share your educational qualification to guide you better. SAT/ ACT etc. are only required in USA and may be Singapore. IELTS is required by most of the countries.

Hi Aryan,
Scholarships are on merit. They may offer you scholarship on basis of TOEFL or IELTS scores but these scores won't be the only criteria. You must have very good scores in your academics and overall a very strong profile.
