Hi,
It is a good profile and chances are quite good too provided you are able to justify your reason to pursue an MS as you are already holding an ME. Your SOP and LORS shall play an important role as well.

Hi Priyanka,
52% is quite a low score and I am not sure if you will find too many options. In addition, your IELTS score is low as well. Look for PG Diploma programmes. You can apply for the visa after being accepted by a university.

There are universities like Thompson Rivers and Vancouver Island University which do not require GMAT. You may check their websites for details.

Dear Rohit,
It is mandatory for applicants to submit either IELTS or TOEFL. If the program you are applying to is taught in German, you must earn German language certification.

Dear Vishant,
Apparently, every university requires either IELTS or TOEFL. Universities will prefer either IELTS or TOEFL scores, certain universities in US do not accept IELTS but TOEFL. Its difficult to specify a name from among thousands of universities, you must research properly, visit their websites and communicate with them. It's rare that you will find any university not accepting these scores. They might waive-off if your profile is strong.

Yes, you can apply to colleges abroad even before receiving you IELTS score. You can send the scores later but remember that your application will be considered complete only after you have submitted your score. Also, note that not all universities will require IELTS score if you can demonstrate that you have completed your last few years of education in English.

Any recognized institute, even if it is a C grade institute, it won't accept a student without GMAT score. You may get a fake institute for sure.

Dear,
You should have minimum 6.5 bands then, you can apply for the top colleges in Canada and plus you should have an internship in companies or NGO because Canada do prefer the students with such experience.
All the best.
