The courses for international students are mostly A level programs (equivalent to higher secondary) leading to progression to UG program. Also, you wont get lot many options to apply after 10th. I recommend you clear your 10+2 exams and then apply for UG programs. This way you will save

For top universities, academic grades must be high( above 70%), IELTS requirement vary but 6.5 overall or higher is recommended. You must check individual university websites such as UBC, University of Toronto, McGill and York University for requirements. Hope this helps.

It depends on what type of course are you looking for - degree or diploma.
For Degree courses, 6 band of IELTS is usually the minimum. However if you are looking at Diploma or Certificate courses then 5.5 bands are enough. You need anything above 5 bands to get admission for a diploma course.

Dear Vinod, IELTS is an English language testing system, it consists of 4 parts, Speaking, Listening, Reading & writing. The scores are given in bands least being 1 band and highest 9, each section is scored individually and also an overall score is given, there is nothing called a passing score and

Hi, every university across the world equires IELTS or TOEFL and every university also have waivers. They may waive off the requirement after evaluating your profile. You musy write to the universities in this regard. Best of luck.
