IGNOU B.Ed Entrance Exam 2022 Eligibility Criteria must be satisfied for candidates to apply for the exam. Aspirants can check the eligibility criteria for IGNOU B.Ed entrance admission in detail below:
At least 50 percent marks either in the Bachelors Degree and/or in the Masters Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity. Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialisation in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent
Trained in-service teachers in elementary education. Or
Candidates who have completed an NCTE-recognised teacher education programme in direct mode. The relaxation of 5 percent in minimum qualifying marks required will be provided to SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/PwD candidates as per the norms of the Government of India. Reservation for Kashmir Migrants and War Widow candidates will be provided as per the University Rules. Direct admission requires candidates to undergo a Personal Interview whereas sponsored admission is available to employees of any retail firm. The cost of the programme is INR 20,000. Costs, on the other hand, vary with speciality. IGNOU provides low-cost Online education to students who are unable to attend a traditional university but still want to study at a reputable institution. Students must complete two modules in the Construction Management course.
