IGNOU BPP Admission 2019 - The Indira Gandhi National Open University offers admission to it's Bachelors Preparatory Programme (BPP) programme. The students applying for IGNOU BPP admission in any of January or July academic cycle has to pass out the total of credits to complete the programme.

Unfortunately, UGC has now debarred all universities from offering any professional course via distance mode. I would therefore like to advise you to go for AMIE instead which is equivalent to degree in engineering. Best wishes to you.

You can take UPSC exam, because mininum eligibility is, Bachelor's degree from a recognized university, even if the degree is through distance.
