Eligibility criteria : Indian Nationals securing at least 60% marks in aggregate or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scales (55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale in case of SC/ ST) in (I) B.Sc. / B.Sc. (Hons) / BCA / BIT / B.Voc. (Computer Science/ Computer Applications) of minimum three years full-time from a recognised University with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects. Or (ii) B.E. / B.Tech. From a recognised University

Candidates securing at least 55% marks in their Masters Degree or equivalent from recognised universities in Humanities (including languages), Social Science, Computer Science and Applications, Electronic Science etc. Are eligible for this test.

LLB Eligibility. Aspiring candidates should have scored a minimum pass percentage either at the class 12th level or graduation level. The percentages are 45% marks for General category, 42% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST categories.

Both these institutes are good and recognised. It totally depends on your needs as there is no comparison between the two. One is for getting school certificate from distance education and other one is for getting higher education certificate, Diploma and degree courses. So, both are the best.
