Unfortunately, UGC has now debarred all universities from offering any professional course via distance mode. I would therefore like to advise you to go for AMIE instead which is equivalent to degree in engineering. Best wishes to you.

You can take UPSC exam, because mininum eligibility is, Bachelor's degree from a recognized university, even if the degree is through distance.

There is no engineering programme is available through distance on IGNOU official website portal. Hence there is no question raised for placement and salary package.

Yes , you can apply for B.ed course. All you need to do is search for the instructions that you feel you fit in all of there required criteria and then apply.

Technically both have the equal value from government. Job point of view, but private companies prefers to take regular Diploma holders in place of distance students. Further campus placement opportunities are not available with distance learning students. Hence prefer to study the Diploma in pharma
