If you have dropped from 2nd semester and haven't given any exam then in 3rd semester you have to give all exam of 2nd semester also.

There is no cut off for IGNOU. You'll be eligible if you have finished your graduation from any university.

M.Com can be pursued by candidates who have completed their graduation from a commerce background B.Com Honours) with a minimum score of 50%. The M.Com Admission 2023 is to be conducted on the basis of the merit or entrance examination.

M.Sc. Chemistry from IGNOU is of 2 years which further is divided into 4 semesters. Course fee is 9000/- and examinations are held in the semester format.

From the academic Year 2022, New Education Scheme is launched, in which after completing 1 year in Graduation You will get a Certificate of completing 1 year, And after 2nd year You will get a Diploma in the Graduation, And for the Degree you have to complete the 3 years and you can also get a research degree after 4th year. This Scheme is Very Useful because if you left the graduation in middle you can continue that after some time when you need with the help of Diploma Certificate etc. Upvote.

Why are you wasting the time in doing B.A. Again from the IGNOU if You have the B.Sc. And M.Sc. Degrees. The IGNOU will not give any short duration B.A. To you from this year the B.A. Is also for 4 years. However, After End of every year the will give the Certificate or Diploma for completing the year. I advices you, On the place of doing B.A. Again you should test your skills and improve them pr prepare for the government. Exams because however after 3 B.A. 4 B.Sc. If you don't have knowledge of the basic skills required for any work no will hire you in that condition. Regards.
