I think you can, I had a friend who switched courses just like you want to. He studied business in his under graduation and then moved on to do his sports management. He consulted Edwise, maybe you could try.

Hi,IGNOU OPENMAT 2020 Eligibility Criteria
A candidate must have a graduate degree of 3 years minimum. You must have at least 50% in the qualifying examination. There is a relaxation of 5% for reserved category. There is no age bar. Candidates must qualify IGNOU OPENMAT 2020. Good luck.

Yes, OPENMAT exam is computer test. You can carry stationary items to exam centre. Do not carry electronic items to the exam venue. You are also advised to not carry valuable items.
