You can download the answer key for the official website by searching the answer key of OPENMAT and you can also google and you can download it from any website. All the previous and current answer key of every exam are uploaded on different website.

Yes, you can apply in openmat because they will see your aggregate marks and the last 2nd year's marks, if your final result is not declared yet.

The OPENMAT 2021 Application Form will be made live and accessible from the First week of January 2021, as announced by the IGNOU authority. The last due date for submitting the application form with the fee will be in the first week of April 2021. The candidate who aspires to take admission to IGNOU B.Ed. And OPENMAT can apply unto March 20,2021, in the online mode.

Applicants should have passed 10+2 or its equivalent exam from a recognised school board. Non 10+2 with three years of working experience as a development worker at any level. Yes you can study in regular basis.

Yes, you can get admission in IGNOU but you have to tell your problem to the IGNOU student support cell or write an email to them you can change your category from general EWS to general category.
