If my 12th percentage is 71% can I take admission in IIIT, Allahabad in IT branch what marks are required in Mains to take admission?

For admission IN IIITs, NITs, Candidates need to have secured minimum 75% marks in class XII or equivalent exam or be in the top 20 percentile in their class XII exam conducted by the respective board. For SC/ ST candidates, the eligibility criteria is to secure 65% marks in class XII or equivalent

Both are good but EC in IIIT is quite comparable to MNNIT EC, so just think yourself and look at each and every aspect like future studies and all.

NIT, Allahabad is better than IIIT, Allahabad. NIT, Allahabad gets extra benefits than NIT . According to MHRD too ranking of NIT Allahabad is far better than IIIT i.e 48 over 90 . Do move for NIT else IIIT-A is also having great repo for coding . Best of luck.

Don't think so.
Let's look with different aspects MNNIT is top 5 in NIT, placement stats 94% approximately, MHRD ranking 48, highest package 45 lakh and as a student of MNNIT I can say coding culture is great in MNNIT.
While in IIIT highest package is 39 lakh but I believe that there are less opportun
