IIM Indore has been ranked 8th under the management category by NIRF for the year 2023, whereas IIM Lucknow has been ranked 6th by NIRF in the same category. 

IIM Indore takes pride as it's students get 100 percent placement for the years 2022-2024, the same is for IIM Lucknow as well. 

The highest package for MBA offered at IIM Indore is INR 100 lacs per annum, followed by the average package at INR 28 lacs per annum approximately. The same for IIM Lucknow is INR 1.23 crores per annum and INR 30 lacs per annum respectively. 

Both the institutes are good, but if you want to know which one is slightly better, It is IIM Lucknow.

Accredited by the Association of MBAs, London (AMBA, UK-based accreditation agency), the Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Management offered by IIM Indore is a two-year, full-time, and residential MBA programme. The total fee structure ranges from INR 17.3 L to INR 35 L. Spread over six trimesters across two years, it is also inclusive of a summer project of an eight-week duration. Additionally, in the second year, the course covers electives, namely Information Systems, Marketing, Finance & Accounting, OB & HR, OM & QT, Economics, Communication, Humanities & Social Sciences and Strategy. Apart from the flagship PGP course, IIM Indore also offers a PGP in Human Resource Management (PGP HRM) to the students.

The Aptitude Test Score (ATS) and the Personal Interview (PI) are the two primary components of the selection criteria for the IIM Indore BBA programme. The following is the weighting assigned to various components: ATS bears a weight of 65%, whereas PI bears a weight of 35%. On the basis of how well they perform in these two phases, candidates are chosen. Candidates must have at least five years of full-time job experience and a bachelor's degree with an aggregate of at least 50% to be eligible for IIM Indore's BBA programme. In addition, a written ability test and a round of group discussions are part of the BBA program's selection procedure. It is necessary for candidates to take the IPMAT entrance exam and proceed through the selection process.
