The flagship Post Graduate curriculum in Management (PGP), which is a two-year full-time curriculum covering many facets of management like finance, marketing, human resources, operations, and strategy, is among the many management programs it offers. In addition, it provides other programs like the Post Graduate Program in Securities Markets (PGPSM), the Post Graduate Program in Food and Agribusiness Management (PGP-FABM), and the Executive Post Graduate Program in Management (EPGP).

 According to the latest report of IIM Indore placements 2023, the the highest and average package offered to PGP during placements drive 2023 stood at INR 114 LPA and INR 30.21 LPA, respectively. Additionally, the the highest and average package offered to PGP HRM batch 2023 stood at INR 34.50 LPA and INR 22.65 LPA, respectively.

Over 160 recruiters visited the IIM Indore campus and hired students of the PGP batch 2023 during IIM Indore placements drive 2023. The top recruiters of IIM Indore in 2023 included EY, Deloitte, Capgemini, Infosys, IBM, KPMG, etc.
