IIM Indore had concluded placements for the batch passing out in 2023. The placement statistics for IIM Indore IPM are the same as that of the IIM Indore PGP programme since in last two years of the five-year course, IPM students pursue PGP. The placement statistics from the 2020 report are as follows:

IIM, Indore offers specialised MBA courses and for these, candidates are selected on the basis of the given exams score and a personal interview round. The required qualifying examinations for different courses are:
1. Executive Post Graduate Program in Management- GMAT/ GRE/ CAT
2. Two- Year Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) and Two- year Post Graduate Programme in Human Resource Management (PGP- HRM)- CAT

According to the latest report of IIM Indore placements 2023, the the highest and average package offered to PGP during placements drive 2023 stood at INR 114 LPA and INR 30.21 LPA, respectively. Additionally, the the highest and average package offered to PGP HRM batch 2023 stood at INR 34.50 LPA and INR 22.65 LPA, respectively.
Over 160 recruiters visited the IIM Indore campus and hired students of the PGP batch 2023 during IIM Indore placements drive 2023. The top recruiters of IIM Indore in 2023 included EY, Deloitte, Capgemini, Infosys, IBM, KPMG, etc.
