JEE Mains and you have to secure above 200 marks to get good NITs or IIITs. You have to take PCM in 12th and must clear the same with at least 75% to appear for IIT JEE. If you score less than 75% then you cant appear for JEE Mains. So, also reappear for 12th to appear for JEE Mains.

If you clear the cut off then you are eligible for counseling. But it is not necessary to get seat in IITS. Because they qualify more students. If you get high score from cut off marks then you will get admission in IITS. Hope this helps you. Thank you.

I advise you to take maths as a compulsory subject because IIT JEE newly revised pattern of calculating scores considers your marks in Maths, Physics and Chemistry of Class XII. So, if you are interested in doing Engineering, you should take PCM + Optional subject.

No, students with B.Sc are not eligible to take part in any Masters in technology programme, be it from any university they come from. it is exclusively for B.Tech students and not for B.Sc.
