Yes, you are eligible. The minimum percentge that should be scored in board exams is 65 for the students of reserved categories like SC, ST, OBC and PwD.

You have either score 75% in class 12th boards, or you have to be in top 20 percentile of your respective board. Good Luck.

Hi,
If you have qualified in JEE Mains paper 1 or JEE Mains paper 2 then you can take up JEE Advanced exams. An architecture aspirant can take up JEE Advanced AAT to get admission in IIT's.
