In order to get into BSc at IIT Roorkee candidate must have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 75%. Further, the candidate is required to qualify JEE Main followed by JEE Advanced. IIT Roorkee admits students based on merit in JEE Main+JEE Advanced. Once the JEE Advanced results are out, students must register at the JoSAA counselling portal. Further counselling and seat allocation is done through this particular portal.
Upon allocation of seat, candidates must pay partial fees on the JoSAA portal itself. After that, students will be required to report to the allocated institute in the stipulated time frame. Students will be successfully

IIT Roorkee BSc admissions are done based on applicants’ merit in JEE Main+ JEE Advanced. So in order to apply for IIT Roorkee BSc courses students must register for JEE Main followed by JEE Advanced. Students who have qualified the JEE Main are eligible to apply for JEE Advanced. - Click on the ‘Registration’ option located in the main menu
- Generate account credentials
- Fill out the available registration form
- Upload the scanned copies of required documents

IIT Roorkee has a total of 211 seats reserved for its BSc admissions. These seats are spread across various specialisations offered under the college’s BSc programme. Amongst all the specialisations, the highest number of seats have been reserved for admissions to BSc + MSc in Mathematics and Computing. A total of 49 seats are reserved for the aforementioned specialisation. In order to get admission to this course, students must qualify JEE Mains followed by JEE Advanced.

JEE Advanced 2024 registrations have begun. Candidates who have qualified JEE Main 2024 are eligible to apply for the said exam. The last date to register for JEE Advanced is May 07, 2024. The deadline to pay the registration fees is May 10, 2024. The exam is scheduled on May 26, 2024 and the admit cards for the same will be available from May 17, 2024 May 26, 2024.

Students interested to get admission to IIT Roorkee BSc courses are required to appear for the qualifying examination which is JEE Advanced. The registrations for the said exam are now live. Students who have qualified JEE Main are eligible to register for the exam. The last date to register is May 07, 2024 and May 10, 2024 for fee payment.

In order to be eligible to apply for BSc at IIT Roorkee, candidate must have completed Class 12 with a minimum of 75%. Moreover, interested students must qualify JEE Main followed by JEE Advanced exam. The total tuition fees for BSc courses at IIT ranges between INR 8 Lacs to INR 10 Lacs for course duration of four-five years, as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is, however, subject to changes and hence, is indicative. Apart from this tuition fees, the college also charges students for few more components mentioned below.
