A safe rank for MSc admissions at IIT ISM Dhanbad for the OBC AI category is between 194 and 1302. This is the overall cutoff range, including all the rounds and specialisations. The lower the cutoff, the higher the chance of a seat at IIT ISM Dhanbad. The round-wise IIT JAM cutoff range for 2025 is given below for MSc admission.

Several IITs and NITs, like IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Madras, IIT Hyderabad, NIT Surathkal and NIT Rourkela where you can find dedicated UG and PG programs in AI and ML or CSE, which include computer vision knowledge as a part of the classroom syllabus. But if you're asking about standalone courses in Computer Vision, unfortunately, none of the IITs or NITs offer the same at present.

With a general category rank of 449, you stand a strong chance of securing admission in IIT Jodhpur, and are very likely or highly likely for IIT Dharwad, IIT Dhanbad, and potentially IIT Roorkee, depending on seat availability and later counseling rounds.

The IITs and NITs in India are the most sought after engineering institutions in India because of their exceptional academic expertise and placement records. Unfortunately, they do not have specific, full-fledged programs in TensorFlow, but it is definitely covered in the AI & ML or Data Science classroom syllabus at the UG and PG levels.

Yes, IITs are also offering some attractive MA courses nowadays. IITs, which is popular for its engineering courses, has started focussing on other programmes as well. Hence, students can think of pursuing MA course from this prestigious institute. However, not all IITs are offering MA presently. Only five institutes are offering MA programme. They are:

With an EWS rank of 41000, here is what to expect:
It is nearly impossible to get into a NIT or top IIIT for CSE branch as the EWS or OBC closing rank for this course usually comes below 10000. It is only the new NITs that may allow you into any branches such as electrical engineering or computer engineering depending on individual NIT's criteria and sometimes may allow to convert towards CSE/ IT branch if you are beyond 40000 - 45000 rank.

BHU offers a two-year full-time MSc course via its IIT BHU college. The institute accepts the IIT JAM entrance exam scores, followed by its counselling rounds for admission. During the last round, the IIT BHU JAM cutoff 2025 varied between 325 and 409 for the students belonging to the General AI quota. Candidates can refer to the table below to view the IIT JAM last round closing ranks for IIT BHU.
