After the IIT JAM 2026 exam results, you must register on the JOAPS portal and submit your admission form with your preferred course and institution, and also participate in the counselling rounds conducted through the JOAPS.

Hii! See we all know that IIT and IIM have performed really very well in NIRF Rankings 2025 and some other universities like Delhi University, VIT, Chandigarh University and Amity University have also performed really good but you know what I am personally impressed by the score and rank of Chandigarh University because it has improved in almost all the parameters and has been overall ranked 32nd, ranked at 8th in all india private and ranked 1st in Overall Category in Overall North India Private Institutions.

No. The JEE Advanced syllabus and toughness do not depenf on the conducting IIT. The syllabus is set as per the standard decided by the authority like JAB - JEE Apex Body.

Yes, candidates have to qualify AAT after qualifying JEE Advanced to be eligible for IIT BArch admissions.

Only three IITs offer BArch admisison via JEE Advanced and AAT. These IITs are:
- Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur
- Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee
- Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) Varanasi
All of them offer 5 Years, Bachelor of Architecture course via JEE Advanced followed by AAT.

NO. Barch admisison in the IITs is based on JEE Advanced and Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT). For Barch admisison t the IITs, candidates have to first qualify JEE Advanced and then appear for AAT.

Yes all IIT JAM papers follow the same 3 hour 100 mark format. This structure applies in all seven disciplines which include 60 questions divided into three sections. All papers are computer based and presented in English and every section is mandatory for all candidates.
