Preparatory ranks means that the vacant seats reserved for SC, ST, and PwD candidates, which don't get filled in the counseling, will be allotted to the respective candidate's categories for admission to a preparatory course. Preparatory courses mean that for one year, you will be prepared and trained in IIT. So after successful completion of one year training in IIT you will get admission in next year according the performance in preparatory course.

1. IIT Dhanbad
2. IIT Jammu
3. IIT Varanasi.

1. NIT Srinagar (MME)
2. PEC Chandigarh (MME, PIE)

JoSAA 2022 choice filling has been locked so it won't be making any sense to discuss about admission in IITs now in 2022. But If you want you can go for CSAB for admission in NITs, IIITs and other GFTIs. Hope it helps.

Yes, you can definitely do an M.Tech in agriculture after completing your B.Tech in Biotechnology. Biotechnology deals with the use of Micro-Organisms, such as yeasts, bacteria, or biological substances. Agricultural engineering deals with food processing, farm machinery, soil, and water engineering.

Well, from the information provided by you I am afraid that you might not get an IIT, since you need at least 60% marks in JEE Advanced to get into IIT 's for reserved category. You might succeed next year. Best of luck for next year.

Yes, Diploma holders are eligible to appear for IIT JEE 2019, but they will be considered similar to 12th passed candidates.

You have to clear the entrance test conduct by the IIT in order to get the admission there first look which IIT offers your course then get a form of the same full out the form upload it get he payment done do the test if you pass you will call for a councelling session after that you will be able to join the IIT.
