IITs do not offer undergraduate courses on astrophysics.

For physics : H. C. Verma or Arihant. For chemistry : NCERT is best. For Maths : TMH
But the main thing is to go through previous year JEE questions which will give you an idea and many of the questions will clear your misconceptions.

There are different entrances for IIT architecture courses.

It is better to pass your class 12th with good grades and then focus for the IIT's and Iims that will be possible then only.
