The cut-off for each IIT changes every year which will be released at the time of JEE Advanced results. Mostly, if you want to get admission in IITs you should be in top 1k rank to get good course.

Hello Gopalji.
I am assuming you to be of general category. With this rank, you may only get private colleges and some state government college also so apply in these colleges because I am afraid that you may not get any NIT or IIT. If you have given UP state government examination, and scored a good rank then go for government colleges in UP only. If not then go for other state college. Some private college are LPU, thapar, Chandigarh University, vit, etc. There is another option of LNCT Bhopal only if you want to study in Madhya Pradesh.

No, with the rank of 46561 JEE Mains, you will not get admission in IITs and NITs even if you are in SC Quota. Because the cut-off for SC quota is High this year. Best of luck for your future and if there's any query, feel free to ask. Do upvote if you like the answer.

Hello Vivek, To secure admission at IITs, you need to clear JEE Advanced with a good score for which you can appear only after clearing JEE Mains. Hence, if you have a good rank in JEE Advanced you can get a good IIT. With JEE Mains score, you can only apply for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs through JoSAA counseling.
