The minimum eligibility to get admission here is 75% in 10+2 board examination or you should be in top 20% rank holders of the board exam. You must have score very well in JEE Advanced without JEE Advanced score you won't be able to get admission here. Once you have scored well, you can go for counseling by JoSAA.

Sir as you mentioned that you have secured 180757 rank in JEE Mains accordingly you have not even clear the cut off for JEE Mains 2019 which is 76.31 percentile for obc category, so you will get very low level colleges if you apply through your JEE Mains score, try for private institutes such as srm, vit and bits.

It would be really difficult for you to get admission in any of the NITs or IIITs in ECE branch. You should go only for Private Institutes as it's not possible. To know in which colleges you are eligible to apply, use the college predictor tool

This is a great career opportunity. Biotechnology industry will rise in the coming future in India, and so you would enjoy extreme speed and growth in career. Right now the scope is better in foreign countries and you should try there for best career growth and performance and earnings. In India, the packages wouldn't be that high. 2nd point, it is generally known that any graduate from any stream from IITK would be earning INR. 10-20 lacS pa, but for exact information go to its website in the placement cell option and see its placements.
