It depends on your interest in the CSE stream. If you have a deep interest in CSE, BITS Pilani would be a better place to be. Otherwise, if you don't have any specific interest in the branch, I would suggest you go for IITs. In India, an IIT tag is still considered better than BITS. Choose accordingly. Best wishes.

Becoming an IITian is a wonderful feeling, and you may feel this by putting your extra efforts towards study. I suggest you to start from basics of every subject and topics, because 75% questions asked in JEE Mains are from the basic level. Do start preparing from only 1 book for every subject. Don't go with multiple books, it will create complexities. All the best.

No, you can get into IITs for B.Tech or any some other Science courses or integrated courses.
