You should get at least 60+ marks to get admission in the college you want.

All the branches are good in engineering. None of them is good or bad. It depends on your interest and skills.

If you belongs to reserved category, then there are scholarship provided by central government, as well as state government for education. If you are from non-reserved category, one better option is education loan. All the best.

I am sorry to say that IIT doesn't allow lateral entry. You can not apply in IITs on the basis of Diploma. If you have to apply for IIT then after 10+2 take JEE then it is possible.
